I am Dr. Corey L. Gaston, and I am an Organizational Change Strategist. The American church is becoming increasingly divided and resegregated as the years progress and there are several factors that are contributing to this. My work is focused on discipleship and Kingdom citizenship development. This includes detecting barriers to that development and strategizing ways to help pastors and Christian leaders mitigate risks and maximize impact.
